suite was soundproof and the food was outstanding. the bed was extremely comfy, used flat-screen television, a coffee machine, and a seating area. the place had a family atmosphere. the location was stunning and excellent, so close to restaurant from the a la carte menu, golf course and razlog and bansko. it also was on ski slopes.

Dear All, I am NOT RECOMMENDED to nobody to go in this hotel. I made reservation on booking with credit card, and we went only for one day, cause from 08 01 we had reservation in Kempinski hotel. We paid the hotel in cash, and we left at 11h. At 19h I received a SMS on my mobile, that the charge me once again for one night. I try to rich them on phone that they have on there own web side, but nobody is responding. Tonight I am going with the cash bill paid , and my mobile in order to look for my money back. Is not embarrassed for hotel with 4 stars?? Also in frond of the hotel there was a lot of unclean ice and snow. As You see I am always making reservation on booking, but after this experience, for charging me twice, I will think in the future..

The property was fantastic, and we had a great stay. the staff were consistently kind and attentive. the location was stunning, situated in a beautiful area close to a golf course and surrounded by majestic mountains. We enjoyed dining from the a la carte menu on three occasions, which added to our lovely experience. a magnificent mosque was just 3 km away.

A wonderful hotel. The Pirin mountain view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. A prefect place for relaxation to enjoy the beautify of nature. Hotel staff extremely kind and helpful. Also taking into account the low cost, our stay was excellent.
